JUST BREATHE

I was listening to a podcast earlier this week. They were talking about how to deal with stress and at your limit. I’ve always tried to JUST BREATHE. Heck, my daughter and I even got it tattooed on our wrists as a reminder. I have to look at it often if I’m being honest 🙂

On the podcast, there was a physician on there and he said to:

Breathe in for 3 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 5 seconds. I tried it and it does seem to help. Totally transparent, I HAVE TO DO IT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.

What do you do to stay calm? I’m interested in learning more things to help relax, and lower stress. I need all the help I can get.
